Welcome to Sōl Studios! We are excited to provide a creative, welcoming and professional environment for photographers, brands, content creators, entrepreneurs, and artists. By booking or using the studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.
The rental period begins and ends at the times reserved through our booking system.
Please arrive and depart within your reserved time. Setup, breakdown, and cleanup must occur during your scheduled rental.
Additional time may be billed if the studio is not vacated promptly.
Access instructions and lockbox information are provided prior to your reservation.
Do not share lockbox codes with anyone outside your booking party.
The individual making the reservation is responsible for all guests entering the studio.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Maximum occupancy limits must be observed.
Your rental includes access to available equipment, including but not limited to:
Equipment should only be used for its intended purpose.
Please notify us immediately if any equipment is damaged or malfunctioning.
The renter accepts financial responsibility for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear.
Examples include:
Replacement or repair costs may be charged to the renter.
Photography studios contain equipment, electrical cords, lighting stands, furniture, ladders, and other potential hazards.
By entering the studio, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the space.
To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Sōl Studios and The Sōl Collective shall not be liable for:
except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The renter agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sōl Studios, The Sōl Collective, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the renter's use of the studio.
The following are prohibited without prior written approval:
Food and beverages are permitted provided they do not damage studio equipment or furnishings.
Please clean all spills before leaving.
Before departure, renters agree to:
Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled in accordance with the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
Failure to appear may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Renters retain ownership of all content they create.
Sōl Studios does not claim ownership of any photographs or videos produced during the rental.
If renters tag @thesolcollective_ on social media, Sōl Studios may request permission to repost that content.
Professional photographers and commercial productions are encouraged to maintain their own liability insurance covering their equipment and activities.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
By completing a reservation, checking the required agreement box, or entering the studio, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Rental Agreement.
