What kind of shoes do you carry?

European-inspired, exclusive, unique, quality footwear. Phew, that’s a lot of adjectives, but it’s true! Limited-production items are one of our specialties. We love working with smaller brands and bringing you items that are typically hard to find. Quality of fit and foot-feel is also extremely important to us. You should love how your shoes LOOK and how you FEEL in them! 


Where do your shoes come from?

We’re focused on European and South American production, like Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Brazil. Very few of our products are mass produced, and most that are, are produced in factories where the brand either has local overseers or ownership of the facility. 


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards as well as payments through PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook Pay.


Do you ship?

Yes! We offer free shipping on purchases of $150 or more via USPS. Orders less than $150 are shipped at a flat rate of $6.99. Keep in mind we look big online, but are actually a small boutique, but we always do our best to ship your order out within the same or next business day! We ship priority (1-3 day delivery) exclusively, but won’t make you pay extra for it. 


What is your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 14 days for both in-store and online purchases. If 14-30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can offer you store credit at the amount of your purchase or matching the markdown price IF your item has been marked down in that time frame. After 30 days, we unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please respect our policies.

ALL discounted items are final sale. No exceptions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a prepaid return label, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

How do I know what size to order?

Deciphering sizing online is tough! Rather than purchasing excessive sizes or guessing, please text or call the shop 412-252-2733, use our chat feature at the bottom right hand corner of your screen or email hello@thesolcollective.com. 

We know our products inside out and would love to save you the hassle of returns! 


What is the standard American to European size conversion?

Keep in mind that every brand is different and even styles within the same brand can sometimes differ! The general American to European size conversion is:

5.5-6 = 36

6.5-7 = 37

7.5-8 = 38

8.5-9 = 39

9-9.5 = 40

10-10.5 = 41

11 = 42
